The industrial grinding wheels that we offer are all made-to-order, so you cannot immediately go into the sales, technology, or development divisions. For one or two years after you join the company, you will be learning about manufacturing while engaged in grinding at the manufacturing site. After that you will be studying with senior employees and then be left to work by yourself little by little. Please be assured that you will be supported and taught carefully. Your motivation and willingness to grow is important!

Terms of Employment
Salary according to company regulations
Increase in salary once a year
Bonus twice a year
Working hours 8:20 to 17:30 (8 hours of service)

[Sales]
In the sales department it is my job to recommend a suitable grinding stone to customers, one by one, in response to their needs. I think it’s a job with more pleasure and more of a sense of accomplishment to find what meets customer needs rather than simply selling stock items.

[Manufacturing]
It is needless to say that we are manufacturing products everyday, but I feel it is more rewarding to do so under a corporate philosophy that is more conscious of “product creation from the position of the customer.”
I’m busy with my production technology work, but I aim to enjoy every day and thrive in my position.

[Development]
This was a job that was out of my field. After joining the company, I was taught by my seniors and learned the basics of grindstones. After that I learned the current state of development, and then our goal was to move into new areas as a company. There was pressure, but in the spirit of “You never know what you can do until you try”, and thanks to the guidance of the company, the warm support of my fellow colleagues, and the company’s training system, I gradually came closer to achieving my goals. I’m still growing, but I’m looking forward to create new products, so I’m working hard.

[General Affairs]
As there are many opportunities to interact with customers, suppliers, and various other people, including on the telephone, I always try to put myself in the situation of the other party. Of course, I will conscientiously do the paperwork required in my position, but in doing my daily work, I will always cherish my connections with people.
